We offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 on all domestic orders.
This rate includes handling, packaging, and delivery tracking.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days from the ship date.
Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues.

Order Issues / Lost Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@blueprintmode.com.
We’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate.
Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Blueprint Mode™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns Due to Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@blueprintmode.com within 3 days of delivery.
Approval is subject to review and verification.
If approved, we'll provider a resolution such as a replacement or return at no cost to you.
To qualify for a resolution:
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• All original packaging and inserts must be included
• We may request photos to assess the issue
• Approved items may be returned or replaced at no cost to you
